The Merino wool fiber we use is from Merino sheep grown in Australia. After skilled shearing and hand classing, we will have greasy wool ready for next step.

Top Processing

After specialized washing, wool is carded and combed to align the fibers in one direction called wool top. Wool top is dyed accordingly with only dye recipes approved to Oeko-Tex standards.

Yarn Spinning

During spinning process, wool fibers are precisely drawn out and twisted together into yarn with elasticity and strength.
