For all the woolen baselayer product made by ZFL, high-quality merino wool from Australia are used as raw material. Merino wool is a healthy and eco-friendly natural fiber, featured by softness and comfortableness. The production process of ZFL is unique. It starts with wool tops imported from Australia, and all the following steps including mercerizing, top dyeing, yarn spinning and fabric knitting are effectively managed. The progress and quality of the yarn are also well controlled ZFL has established representative offices in New Zealand and Norway, covers both hemispheres. Every year, ZFL designs over one hundred styles including sports, leisure, fashion etc… The company has cooperation with many brands, such as “BULA”, “EVEREST”, “EZIBUY”, “GLASSONS”, “KARI TRAA”, “MAYA”, “MAX”, “MCKINLEY”, “NORHEIM” and other.

Besides production, social responsibility is also highly value by ZFL. The company is a member of BSCI and has passed Woolworths Quality Management and Ethical Audit. In December 2013, ZFL Care Fund was set up to take care of employee while critical illness or natural disaster happens, and until today, the fund has played its role well and helped many employees. In June 2012, the company donated money to build ZFL Hope School in Zuolong Town Jiangxi Province, in order to help and support poor students especially those who lost their parents. Many partners of ZFL have been moved and volunteered to helping ZFL Hope School. China Construction Bank Liyang Branch has provided tables, chairs and other equipment and funded the music room. Students from Big Eye Children’s Art Troupe have donated materials and wrote letters to Hope School students. Liyang Foreign Language Primary School has built partnership with ZFL Hope School to enhance the teaching recourse through regular visit, cooperative research and teacher exchange.
